We are looking for a 3 bedroom house and have been looking for quite some time. The problem is that we've dealt with too many shady realtors who have always found some way to waste our time (give away a property we've already given them deposits for or show us properties that aren't available to us because of the move-in date). Because it took one realtor over 2 weeks to tell us that they 'promised' our property to someone else, we are now in a bind and running out of time...

What we require:
-July 27th move in at latest
-3 fair sized rooms (fair sized = can fit a queen sized bed and desk)
-refrigerator
-stove
-dishwasher
-washer/dryer (or at least connections)
-west of I-35
-south of 183
-north of 71
-east of Mopac (unless its Tarrytown)

What we prefer:
-CACH (almost a requirement)
-2 bathrooms (we'll deal with 1 if we have to)
-to stay away from I-35 as primary highway
-close to a bus route (half mile at most)
-front porch and\or back porch
-no common walls (not a huge deal)
-no more than $1500/month rent
